　　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元继续呈反弹的走势，美元指数最高上涨到93.34, 最低下跌到92.83, closing at93.27。欧美最高上涨到1.19190，最低下跌到1.18270, closing at1.18360。
Federal Reserve(FED)候任主席鲍威尔日内在参议院金融委员会的听证会无疑是本交易日乃至本周的焦点。鲍威尔周二在事先准备好的国会证词中表示，他希望支持“强劲的就业市场”和“全面”的经济复苏。同时鲍威尔暗示美联储可能在12月再度加息。在此之际，美元回升至93关口上方。此外，日内出炉的美国11月消费者信心急升至近17年高位，为美元提供了进一步支撑。
　　另一方面，参议院预算委员会周二批准了共和党的税收法案，这是本周晚些时候参议院全体。如果美指今天回调在92.95之上投票表决的关键程序步骤。随着共和党在12-11投票中推进该计划，共和党人克服了在年底前为企业和个人减税所面临的一个可能的障碍。
