　　OPEC减产协议将于明年3月到期，OPECWill be on11month30日开会讨论减产政策的前景。沙特能源部长法利赫（KhalidAl-Falih）日前在德国波恩的联合国气候会议上表示，到明年3月末当前减产协议到期时，OPEC不大可能将过剩的石油库存降至平均水平，OPEC及其盟友应该在本月底举行会议时宣布延长限产措施。目前市场预期协议延长至2018年底，焦点已经转移到了非OPEC减产国，尤其是俄罗斯是否愿意延长减产之上。不过消息面显示，俄罗斯不认为有必要在11month30日召开的产油国会议上作出决定。鉴于这一点，市场看好空头势力也随之崛起，引发了周一crude oil出现跳开低走下跌的趋势。

　　

　　原油下跌的原因市场消息面上基本没有给出任何的接受，唯一的消息面是由于上周原油不断出现上涨，技术面上给不了相应的支撑，油价需要技术面上的修复；而修复的原因只有两个，要么出现技术面上的震荡横盘进行修复，要么出现暴跌去给予技术面上的支撑点，行情不可能无理由的进行上涨或者下跌，不然我们要分析技术面有什么用？其次原油的下跌就是机构的对于多头持仓一定的进行抛售以及美国页岩油近期出现的增产力度引发了市场对于OPEC减产协议延长的疑虑。

　　现在原油市场最关注的自然是欧佩克半年度报告，届时将会对减产细节做出详细的说明，至于这其中的厉害关系，其实我已经在此前的分析中多次提起过，简单来说，欧佩克需要在达成一致同意减产的前提下，并且将减产延长至明年第三季度，如此才能支撑起投资者过度的看涨情绪，如果会议结果宣布延长减产不足八个月，或者留到明年三月份再决定，那么油市就有崩盘的嫌疑。

　　

　　从周线上来看，上周日线出现明确回踩信号之后，周五大涨收复跌幅，最终周线以一根下影线较长的光头十字阴线收尾，本周再添一根大阳，那么形态上来看上周的走势反而是诱空逼涨，探明了下方的支撑点位。57.5，将成为本周油价回踩的关键，周线级别的顶底转换，另一个则是在58.3的区域，但是这个点已经跌破，所以下方57.5企稳就可以做多，防守只要在57.2的下方就行了。若跌破，暂时先看空。
