Market Review
　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈大幅破位下跌的走势，美元指数最高上涨到94.54, 最低下跌到93.75, closing at93.83。欧美最高上涨到1.18050，最低下跌到1.16620, closing at1.17920nearby。
　　由于德国强劲的经济增长数据推动欧元/美元汇率升至三周以来的最高水平。美市盘中，美元指数跌破94Pass, low visibility93.75, for13个交易日以来的最低水平，也是5个交易日以来的第4次下跌。经季节调整后，德国第三季国内生产总值(GDP)Growth compared to the previous quarter0.8%，路透调查预计增长0.6%。
　　周二发布的数据显示，德国经济强劲成长帮助欧元区经济第三季同比增长2.5%，增幅大于美国。美国公布的数据显示，10月美国生产者物价增幅大于预期后，美元指数基本持平。预计美联储将在下月升息，投资者现在将关注点转向周三将要发布的消费者物价数据。
Euro/英镑继续走高，此前发布的英国通胀数据略低于预估，削弱了英国央行进一步升息的理据。最近几日，在英国政治动荡的背景下英镑波动较大，本周英国议员就脱欧计划的立法基础进行辩论。此外，商品相关货币纽元下跌，因中国零售销售和工业生产数据令人失望。
从技术上来看,美指周二反弹受阻在5、10日之下，跌破20Daily moving averagebrace，同时跌破日线图上升通道的下轨，在40日均线处企稳。收盘在93.83,意味着美元短线反弹后继续下跌的可能仍然很大。
