NFX 品汇国际：美元近期重要支撑决定后市的走势

Market Review
　　在上周五的foreign exchange市场上，美元继续下跌的走势，美元指数最高上涨到94.65, 最低下跌到94.26, closing at94.38。欧美最高上涨到1.16780，最低下跌到1.16230, closing at1.16670。
　　美元指数上周五继续走低，本周下跌0.55%且录得一个月来的最大周度跌幅，因投资者对美国税改提议中的部分内容实施时间可能推迟至2019年感到失望，令美元近期升势嘎然而止。上周四，美国参议院共和党推出了与众议院版本在诸多方面存在差异的税改计划，不同方面包括州和地方税抵扣，以及遗产税等。
　　参议员称，与众议院一样，他们也希望将企业税从35%Down to20%，但不是马上执行，而是2019年执行，这令共和党的减税计划变得复杂化。众议院将于本周就其自己版本的税改议案进行投票，此前筹款委员会在上周四批准了该议案，民主党议员统一持反对意见。参议院的时间表仍不太明晰，正式的议案仍未起草。因共和党在参议院的领先席位更少，议案获得批准的困难更大，更不用说像税改计划这种倍受争议的议案。
　　受减税预期提振，美元指数在9月中至上周末期间上涨了约3%。英镑上周五上扬，兑美元攀升约0.5%，因英国工业生产数据优于预期，且对英国退欧谈判取得进展的信心增强，支撑了英镑的表现。纽约尾盘，英镑上涨0.37%。
从技术上来看,美指上周五反弹受阻在5、10日之下，下跌在20日均线之上受到brace。收盘在94.38,意味着美元短线继续大幅下跌的可能降低。美指现在开始临近中期重要支持位置，如果美指今天反弹受阻在94.60之下，后市回调的目标将会指向94.20—94.05。现在美指日线仍然保持在上升通道之中，通道下轨的位置在93.90—94.00，只要美指没有跌破上升通道，继续做多美元是我们的主要操作方向。
