凌晨美国国会参议院公布税改法案相关内容，税改法案将推迟至2019年下调企业税。美元指数瞬间跌至11month3日以来最低，黄金受到提振二次上冲1288A line of resistance.


四小时图上看，布林带指标整体偏上运行，但金价于1288一线受阻整理，布林中轨于1280附近形成关键支撑,布林上轨运行于1288一线。若能成功突破并持稳在其上方，金价升至1300大关也是指日可待的。下方关注1278First line, follow from above1289一线。日线K线走势站稳布林中轨位置，且上行动能持续慢涨，李彤心看好金价继续上行，李彤心建议以低多为主。

昨日，日间波澜不惊的油价在晚间迎来了一波飙升。市场传闻沙特国王萨勒曼将让位于王储本萨勒曼，这一消息刺激油价上扬。稍后不久，沙特要求公民撤离黎巴嫩，同时沙特能源部发言人称，计划将12月原油出口量较11Monthly decrease10%（1210000 barrels/日），油价受这两条消息提振继续上涨。


目前布林带依然保持向上开口运行，均线系统呈多头排列，4小时图上，低点在逐步降低，布林带三轨开始放平，4小时图还是以震荡偏弱为主，价格运行中轨上方附近，指标MACD绿色动能柱放量。综合来看，原油的趋势依有反转可能，稳妥起见晚间李彤心建议以反弹做空为主。
