NFX 品汇国际：美税改遇阻,非美纷纷揭竿而起

　　在周四的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈较大幅度下跌的走势，美元指数最高上涨到94.96, 最低下跌到94.42, closing at94.45。欧美最高上涨到1.16550，最低下跌到1.15860, closing at1.16470。
　　美元指数仍维持跌势但盘中震荡加剧，在美国参议院公布税改议案之前市场交投谨慎。有消息称，参议院改革法案中的税率“结构”将与众议院的计划有所不同。减税措施的拖延或拟议中的改革被减码的可能性，都有可能对美元不利。在美元保持低迷之际，非美货币纷纷揭竿而起。
　　高盛认为，税改进入最难啃的阶段，不过大概率明年一季度完成。瑞银此前就曾指出，不管是在众议院还是参议院，要获得足够的票数支持都很困难。近日，税改计划又出“幺蛾子”，美元多头可谓是突然遭到当头一棒。减税实施若有推迟或搁浅的可能都将不利于美元。
从技术上来看,美指周四反弹受阻在95.00之下，下跌在94.40之上受到brace。收盘在94.45,意味着美元短线反弹后有继续走弱的趋势。
