NFX 品汇国际：美税改或推迟 美元高位震荡

在周三的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈小幅震荡整理的走势，美元指数最高上涨到94.96, 最低下跌到94.76, closing at94.86。欧美最高上涨到1.1610，最低下跌到1.1579, closing at1.1596。
　　美元昨天小幅走弱，因媒体报导暗示美国企业减税的实施可能推迟，且有迹象显示美国总统特朗普支持率下降。受助于特朗普政府将践行减税许诺的预期，近几周来美元指数曾一度升至三个半月高位。不管是推迟实施减税，还是拟议的改革被弱化的可能性，都将不利于美元。
　　美国众议院议长瑞恩保留了执行大幅下调后的企业税税率的时间可能延后的可能性，此前有媒体报导称，参议院共和党人正在研究此选项。英镑兑美元下跌，因执政的保守党发生一连串丑闻，且对首相特雷莎梅达成良好退欧协议能力的怀疑加重，均令英镑承压。此外，加元兑美元续升，因加拿大央行总裁波洛兹前日的讲话没有投资者预期得那么鸽派，带动加元上涨。
从技术上来看,美指周三在94.75之上受到支持，但反弹受阻在前高95.00之下。收盘在94.86,意味着美元短线仍处在高位的震荡整理之中。
