Monday（9month25日），投资者要密切关注特朗普公布的税改框架。本次公布的税改方案框架，在内容上将会囊括税改的核心元素，并将体现众议院筹款委员会、参议院财务委员会以及特朗普政府达成的共识。此前特朗普多次重申将企业税率从35%lower15%的目标。不过，众多市场分析人士对于能否达到如此低的税率水平都表达了质疑。

    如果本次公布的税改框架倾向于加强两党合作的方式，或使市场重燃对特朗普交易的希望，激发市场风险偏好，打压避险。如果本次税改框架毫无新意，将会激发市场避险。伊拉克库尔德自治区（库区）政府23日否认了媒体有关库区独立公投推迟的报道，重申公投将于周一（９月25日）如期举行。这意味着，OPEC第二大产油国可能即将迎来国土和政权分裂。中东地缘政治危机的警报再度响起！

　　周线看黄金上周高位受阻触及到了10周线，最低1288美元，之后反弹到了1298美元，但是依然大阴线收盘，不过在周末的时候跌破了10周线，中间反弹不到位，短期见顶的目标就是最终跌破10周线后企稳反弹，说明本周持续下跌追空是很危险，缠绕发展阶段看，在多头盈利点区域出现企稳反弹重返短期线的概率很大，结合日线走势和目前周线短期线保持向上发展阶段，但是力度不够的情况下，黄金本周有望先跌后涨，然后出现反弹受阻信号。

　　

　　结合缠绕发展路线看，最终是要站稳短期线的，如果我们仔细看你会发现，长期缠绕目标导向是1270美元下方，年线也是如此，包括中期线目标导向也指向1270美元，综合看预计本周先跌至1280附近企稳后涨到1310美元后再次受阻调整下去，时间跨度大概3周左右。

　　 黄金上涨乏力，注意是消息面不足与美指上涨导致黄金短线上涨疲软。黄金短线操作来说，顺势做空还是必要的，因为周线和日线收线并没有那么好，行情在周四凌晨利率决议影响下大跌，更重要的是震荡下行趋势依然在，那么周初先反弹做空，然后再根据下跌情况在考虑在何点位中线做多，不知道到大家对1276这个低点位置还有没有印象，当时黄金刚触及千三，然后回落窄幅震荡了一周，在那个周五出现过山车走势，当时下探1276之后走出最后一波上涨。

　　

　　所以这个点我们不妨当做这周的支撑来用，黄金在1280一带中线买入，基本上对于上周来说就是刷新一下周低点1276为支撑，到时候中线布局多单，日内走势，那么我们就继续看空，跌幅应该不会太大，因为行情本来就是震荡下行。也就是说我们可以在1293Short nearby, stop loss1296, look at the goal1290一线，而多单我们可以在1285不破的情况下介入，止损1283，目标上方1296frontline.
