原油盘初：高库存忧虑打压油价，特朗普料再掀市场风雨

Tuesday(2month28day)油价下跌，因在美国API原油库存数据出炉前，市场对API原油库存不断增加的担忧，盖过OPEC减产为油价提供的支撑。而最新公布的数据显示，美国API原油库存的增幅略不及预期，使得油价在盘后的电子盘交易中反弹。
据国际文传电讯社援引知情人士报道称，2017year2月份俄罗斯继续执行与OPEC达成的减产协议。2月份前27天俄罗斯原油产量降至110610000 barrels/日，相比1Monthly decrease6600bucket/日，比去年10月份的水平低12.410000 barrels/Day.

知名金融博客零对冲对此评论称，API原油库存连续第八周录得增加，而汽油库存也录得显著增加。若EIA原油库存报告与API原油库存报告走势相同，那么势必创造一个新的纪录。
