雷子州：12.27原油看涨但空头仍在，沥青白银操作建议

Today(12month27day)国际油价最新消息显示，crude oil价格圣诞节后微涨，但因美元于页岩油长线施压，国际油价短线上行受限。需带OPEC减产协议打破僵局。


　　虽然已进入2016年最后一周，但也意味着2017年即将来临，OPEC减产协议正式执行随之逼近，市场必然传出更多消息，若本周能持续向好，国际原油价格刷新54.51美元高点也不是没有可能性!


　　俄罗斯总统普京表示，俄罗斯将减少石油产出，并与OPEC合作，以支撑全球油价。不过，俄罗斯能源部副部长称，该国今年石油出口可能增加近5%to2.535亿吨，明年预计“略有”增加。此外，美国商品futures交易委员会的数据显示，对冲基金连续第三周增加对美国原油的看多押注，来到接近两年半高位，因有迹象显示OPEC和其他产油国将坚守减产协议。综合而言，国际原油价格上行动能较足，但短线上行受限，雷子州建议投资者应以低多为主。
