　　在本周四英央行利率决议之前，英镑/美元仍然维持在区间低位整理，隔夜小幅反弹，收于1.2234。本周利率决议的悬念并没有太大悬念，近期英国公布经济数据表现都不错，这缓解了英央行将进一步降息的可能。但近两日曝出英央行行长卡尼将辞职的消息成为了市场人士关心的话题。可喜的是，卡尼周一在致英国财政大臣哈蒙德的信函中表示，将在任期届满后延长一年，留任至2019year6At the end of the month;留任至预期的里斯本条约50条脱欧程序期之后，应该有助于确保英国有序地向与欧盟的新关系过度。卡尼的留任也是推动英镑隔夜反弹的主要原因。今日关注英国10Monthly manufacturing industryPMI,预计将为54.5。
　　技术上，日图短期前景看涨。4小时图汇价仍呈中性，技术指标转升，位于中线附近，但汇价仍震荡于持平的20SMA附近，只要位于近期跌势的23.6%Reverse gear1.2335下方，上行潜能仍有限。1小时图汇价加速突破20SMA，该均线目前位于1.2170，上行动能强劲，技术指标延续升势，接近超买区域。

GBP/美元中期下跌到1.2015价位一直围绕下落低点构筑次要节奏，有助于中期跌势的延续。从小时图走势来看，英镑/USD from10month25日至今一直在1.2080-1.2270横盘区间范围内运行，当前以区间内向上格局为主，受到区间上沿的阻力作用，英镑短线上行的空间受限。在对横盘区间形成突破之前英镑短线的动荡局面持续。
AustraliaGCG：
　　有消息称英国央行行长卡尼有望继续留任，因此短线上英镑受到支撑而大幅上行，汇价突破1.22的关口后触及1.2247的高位。盘面上看，汇价底部1.21附近后受到支撑开始了上行整理。整体上看，汇价依旧限于底部震荡阶段，在汇价未能有效突破前都建议观望英镑。但方向是依旧是倾向于下行整理。上方关键的点位在1.2270 1.2330. 下方在1.21附近存在强大支撑。

　　英镑昨日震荡上行，日线小幅收涨，现汇价交投于1.2230附近。英国首相首相发言人隔夜表示，首相支持卡尼能够将其目前的任职合约由2018年延期至2021年。英国央行行长卡尼将继续留任是支撑英镑隔夜反弹的主要原因。此外，美元指数在希拉里邮件门事件的影响下承压也对英镑构成了一定的支撑。今日关注1.2300Nearby pressure situation, supported below1.2150Near.

　　昨日消息称英央行行长卡尼同意将其任期将延长一年至2019year6月。英国首相、英国财政大臣对此表示欢迎，称这将有助于英央行政策在脱欧谈判期间保持稳定及连续性，相信卡尼的这一决定应当会有助于英镑的稳定。英镑在这一消息的影响下也是从区间低点大幅上行至震荡区间的上轨，目前正处于压力位处，仍可实施我们逢高做空的思路，首要的阻力在1.2250处，更上方则是1.2340;震荡区间的下轨则分别是1.2140and1.2070.
