墨西哥股份责任公司的注册准备
1、corporate name:墨西哥公司注册时需要准备5个英文或西班牙文或者英文字母组成的公司名称用于名字审核，一般墨西哥注册公司为股份制有限公司，后缀为S.A.De.C.V.
2、shareholder director：墨西哥公司注册至少需要两位股东和一个董事。墨西哥公司注册对股东的国籍和股份比例没有限制。股东和董事需要准备好身份证明和地址证明文件，若股东为公司，需要准备提供公司营业执照的复印件。
3、registered capital：墨西哥最低注册股本为50000比索，虽然目前规定无需验资，但考虑到后期公司运营上的问题和注册时的税收问题，还是需要股东们提前确认注册资本及比例。
4、公司法人：墨西哥公司注册需要提供墨西哥法人代表，该法人代表可以是墨西哥人或者是在墨西哥长期居住的外国人。但需要可以提供FM，即当地居留许可证的人。
5、注册地址：墨西哥公司注册需要墨西哥办公地址作为注册地址，但是根据规定，后期的实际办公地址和注册地址可以不一致。所以一般公司可以先注册，后改注册地址或更改税务地址都可行。若注册额地址实在没有合适的，可以由际连提供。

6、经营范围：墨西哥对公司经营范围没有太大的限制，但都要求实际经营。经营范围越详细越好，建议先确认好产品名称，不要写大范围类别，因为税号申报的时候需要选择具体经营产品，可以写上以后所有可能要经营的产品。因为后期经营范围是需要写进公司章程里面的。
