　　黄金：昨日鲍威尔的讲话显示出美联储最近降息的可能性为零，那么黄金能上涨的理由就是全球经济的下滑或者是风险事件的发生，当前能对经济产生较大影响的就是新冠肺炎，风险事件则主要聚焦在中东局势。最近黄金处于窄幅震荡整理过程中，从日线上看经过了5浪的上涨模式，行情只有再次下跌测试1540支撑区域后，才能再次开启上涨，但是未必能走太远，甚至有可能背离后开启更大级别的调整。

　　黄金昨日探高回落收低，日图收盘小阴线，日K线钝化整理，短线多空难延续，布林道开始收口，宽幅区间开始收缩，下轨支撑在1535、1546、1550，低点支撑在抬高。4小时昨日承压回落至布林道下轨处受到支撑，在震荡行情中。收缩的布林道做震荡行情成功率还是比较高。小周期虽然偏回落，但若欧盘不跌破1560.暂时也看不到下方空间，不排除启稳重新回升收复失地，目前亚盘仍是窄幅震荡为主，强弱延续不定，尽量把操作时间点放至欧美盘时段。拉锯走势，反复是常态，主要是卡点操作，不宜追单，多空都有机会。综合来看，今日操作思路上刘翼笙个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注1577-1579Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1564-1566Frontline support.

　　原油：美原油现报50.98dollar/Barrel, up1.75USD, increase3.3%，因公共卫生事件情况好转，这点燃投资者的希望，即世界第二大石油消费国中国的燃料需求可能开始复苏；尽管政府数据显示美国原油库存创11月份以来最大增幅，也基本上没有影响市场的乐观情绪。刘翼笙认为，市场定价正在消化对疫情的恐惧可能已经触顶，此前看跌的投资者可能在想把脚从抛售的油门上移开。OPEC及其合作伙伴可能出手干预以支撑市场的信号也对油价构成支撑。该组织将第一季度需求增长预测下调了4410000 barrels/天。在与能源部长Alexander Novak的会晤中，俄罗斯主要石油生产商表达了对OPEC+减产延长至第二季度的想法的支持，但没有做出最终决定。



　　原油从技术面来看，市场对公共卫生事件的担忧情绪降温，欧洲，美国股市均创历史记录新高，亚洲股市也延续涨势，这给油价反弹提供机会；日线KDJ初步结成金叉，MACD绿色能量柱持续萎缩，油价收复5Daily moving average and10日均线，短信看涨信号明显增加，初步阻力在2month6Daily high point52.20附近，若能顶破该阻力，则底部信号将得到确认。进一步阻力在1month31Daily high point53.36Nearby;1month29Resistance to daily highs54.37附近；由于目前52.2附近阻力还对油价形成压制，仍需提防油价进一步寻底的可能性，初步支撑10Daily moving average50.78Nearby, then50整数关口支撑。综合来看，今日操作思路上刘翼笙个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注51.8-52.0Frontline resistance, short-term focus below50.6-50.8Frontline support.
