Spotgold本周先抑后扬，周初接连两日共跌超30美元后持续拉升，最终收于1570美元，但本周依旧收跌，跌幅接近20美元。白银本周走势低迷，连续第二周收跌，周跌幅超过1.7%。crude oil本周基本收平，美国原油在本周一度暴跌至50美元下方后探底回升，最终收于50.89美元，周跌幅超过1%，布伦特原油在周二跌破54美元关口后拉升，最终重返55美元上方，但本周依旧下跌1%。
　　
　　黄金：黄金从技术面来看，黄金连续两日翻出大阳K，虽然美国的数据强劲，但是并没有干扰黄金的反弹向上修正，连续两日的利空不跌，给足了黄金中分的修正和上升空间。目前黄金企稳1560一线，反弹空间还有，上方压力位置1575and1580两个压力位置。黄金从日线上来看，日线昨日收取一根中阳，而且收线的位置在布林带中轨上方，这样的收线在一定程度上缓解了下跌的情绪，不过前两日虽然有所反弹，但是依旧承压于MA10Daily moving average1575下方，所以目前是否看涨还不确定，指标上来看，MACDandKDJ依旧死叉，5Daily moving average underpass10日均线死叉，仍需提防重回跌势的风险，就目前而言黄金多空争夺比较激烈，或许陷入新一轮的震荡调整。
　　
　　黄金从四小时来看，黄金周五在1560受到支持反弹，突破1565一线附近扩大反弹，均线系统形成金叉向上开口，MACD金叉，红色能量柱维持放量不变，所以黄金仍然具有反弹的能力，但是目前已经显示在布林带上轨1575附近受阻的迹象，加之布林带三轨开口向下，RSIandDKJ指标在高位开始拐头向下，所以黄金在反弹无法突破布林带上轨1575之前，还是有恢复下行的风险。下方初步支撑在1564, followed by1560，若短线恢复反弹，则重点关注上方关注1575一线阻力，不破将继续看跌。综合来看，下周一操作思路上志豪点金个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注1575-1577Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1562-1564Frontline support.
