美原油消息面：Thursday(12month19day)WTI 2The electronic price of monthly crude oil futures closed higher0.23USD, increase0.38%Report61.08dollar/Barrel; Brent2Monthly crude oil futures up0.37USD, increase0.56%Report66.54dollar/桶。油价周四升至三个月高位，受前一天美国原油库存下降以及中美贸易紧张形势持续缓解提振。
原油有望创2002年以来的最佳12月表现，因石油输出国组织和其盟国进一步减产，并且美中贸易争端正朝着解决的方向发展；美国原油出口上周升至10The highest level since the beginning of the month.Prosper Trading AcademyChief Executive OfficerScott Bauer表示，受贸易协议影响，石油仍处于超买状态，但是当你分析基本面时，仍然有大量供应存在。
全球最大的两个经济体之间的贸易协议改善了全球经济前景，提振了明年能源需求上升的前景，并支撑了油价。OPEC深化减产以及美国库存数据利好持续发酵。PVM原油分析师表示，尽管油价可能继续维持震荡，但若未来两周油价表现强劲，将在月线上令明年技术走势更加正面。
美原油技术面：美原油日线上看，布林带三轨朝上开口运行，MA5Mean Square andMA10The moving average crosses upwards and diverges,K线于布林上轨一线交投MA5Above the moving average,MACD快慢线呈金叉缓和向上红色动能小幅放量，KDJ三线交金叉逐步向右运行，日图行情整体位于上行趋势内；4On the hourly chart, the Bollinger Belt runs three tracks upwards,MA5Mean Square andMA10The moving average shows a good upward trend with a golden cross,KLine intersection between the upper and middle tracks in BolinMA5Near the moving average,MACD快慢线位于零轴上方呈死叉粘合朝右运行红色动能弱势放量，KDJ三线缩口向下预交死叉下行，油价短线呈现震荡上行形态。
综合来看，日内操作上建议回落低多为主。上方初步阻力在61.3，近一步阻力在61.7； Preliminary support below60.5Further support on59.8。
