美原油消息面：Tuesday(12month3day)油价连续第二天上涨，WTI 1Monthly crude oil futures up0.14USD, increase0.25%Report56.10dollar/Barrel; Brent2Monthly crude oil futures closed lower0.10USD, decline0.16%Report60.82dollar/桶。投资者的焦点转向即将举行的OPEC+会议，拭目以待是否会加大减产力度。OPEC成员在是否会加大减产力度方面传递互相矛盾的信号。两位代表表示，OPEC+联合技术委员会周二在维也纳的会议结束，没有讨论进一步减产。Lipow Oil Associates LLCCEOAndy Lipowexpress,OPEC会议召开在即，有预期OPEC及其同盟不仅会延长减产措施而且会加大减产力度。
今日，欧佩克与非欧佩克产油国部长级监督委员会举行会议，对于是否延长减产，目前市场似乎仍不敢全力押注任何一边，但自周一开始，越来越多利好延长减产的消息被一一放出。昨日伊拉克油长嘉班的讲话给了我们预测本次大会的一点提示。

美原油技术面：美原油日线上看，布林带朝右走平，MA5Under the moving averageMA10均线交死叉，KThe line intersects between the middle and lower tracks in BolinMA5Near the moving average,MACD快慢线交死叉下行绿色动能柱平稳放量，KDJ三线呈死叉下行至低位拐头向右运行，行情日线上来看的话表现一定的弱势形态；4小时图上，布林带三轨朝下运行，MA5AndMA10均线呈死叉逐步向右走平，KLine intersection between the middle and lower tracks in BolinMA20Below the moving average,MACD快慢线位于零轴下方初交金叉向上红色动能初现，KDJ三线呈金叉向上发散运行，油价短线有一定的反弹动能。
综合来看，日内操作上建议高空为主。上方初步阻力在56.60，近一步阻力在57.00； Preliminary support below56.00Further support on55.40。
