美原油消息面：Thursday(11month21day)sufferOPEC限产协议或延长及中美贸易进展提振，油价上涨，WTI 1Monthly crude oil futures up1.57USD, increase2.75%Report58.58dollar/Bucket9month23日以来最高收盘水平；布伦特1Monthly crude oil futures up1.57USD, increase2.52%Collect per barrel63.97USD.
according toOPEC消息人士透露，为了支撑油价，OPEC及其盟友可能会在下月开会时将石油限产措施延长至明年6月。中国商务部表示，中美双方保持沟通渠道畅通，目前在力争至少达成阶段性贸易协议，这也为油市提供了支持。
有分析指出，在12月大会之前，关于减产的消息成为了影响原油走势的主导因素。本周的原油走势就证明了这一点，周一原油受贸易消息影响走势疲软，来自中东局势方面的利好消息也无法支撑油价。自周二起每日都有欧佩克+消息人士或盟国发布关于12月是否深化减产的指引，受此影响油价如坐过山车。
消息人士称，欧佩克有两种选择：在12月的会议上宣布将当前削减幅度延长至6月，或将决定推迟至3月以了解市场表现。这两个决定或将在年底前把原油价格引向两个截然不同的结果。
美原油技术面：美原油日线上看，布林带三轨朝上缩口运行，MA5Mean Square andMA10Moving average adhesive operation,KThe line intersects between the upper tracks in Bolin,MACD快慢线位于零轴上方粘合走平，KDJ三线金叉上行，日图行情整体重回上升区间；4小时图上，布林带三轨朝上开口运行，MA5Mean Square andMA10The moving average crosses the golden cross upwards,KThe line intersects between the upper tracks in Bolin,MACD快慢线交金叉上行红色动能逐步放量，KDJ三线交金叉收口运行，油价短线偏多头，早间短线会有一定回落。
综合来看，日内操作上建议回落低多为主。下方初步支撑在57.9Further support on57.3；上方初步阻力在58.6，近一步阻力在59.0。
