　　基于此市场普遍预期美国原油产量仍有大幅上涨的空间。但是陈大宾认为，两大能源机构对于美国原油供给的预期可能过分乐观，越来越来的信号显示，美国页岩油产量正在放缓。而两大机构似乎和市场之间也发生了分歧。多数顶级页岩油厂商都认为美国2020年只能增产4010000 barrels/日。此前达拉斯联储主席卡普兰也表示，预计明年油产量将增加40ten thousand-5010000 barrels/日。因此随着美国原油产量增速进一步放缓，料会对油价构成部分支撑。
