Fundamentals:britain8Monthly service industryPMIRecorded50.6，逊于前值及预期。今年到目前为止，英国服务业表现为2008年以来最差。PMI数据暗示英国第三季度GDPWill shrink0.1%。英国议会否决了提前大选的可能，并以327-299的票数通过了阻止无协议脱欧的法案。Kinnock修正案同样获得通过，此修正案寻求推迟脱欧，并且给予议会就现存脱欧协议（即英国前首相特雷莎·梅与欧盟达成的脱欧协议）投票的机会。这表明英国议会正竭尽一切手段避免无协议脱欧。欧盟方面目前态度消极，称现在开始会聚焦于为无协议脱欧作准备，预计与英国政府的谈判将继续处于僵局。

Fundamentals:加拿大央行昨日发布利率决议，维持利率水平不变，声明中称：当前货币刺激程度是合适的；加拿大经济接近潜在动能；整体通胀高于7月份预期，很大程度上是由于暂时性因素，央行注意到核心通胀指标在2%附近。加拿大央行依然维持与7月份相同的立场，声明不及市场预期的鸽派，引发加元大涨。机构评论称，加拿大央行不愿释放出在10Month or12月降息的信号，目前对所有选项持开放态度。
