　　对于交易者来讲，只有看懂日内行情的变化，或看懂一个阶段内行情的演变趋势，才会促使投资者做出价格变动方向的预期后入场交易。因此，如何看盘、如何看懂盘和盯盘是非常关键的。


　　一、看懂盘面语言。


　　盘面语言：是通过数字信息传达的、是与上一交易日在时间和空间上有一定联系的、是描述市场两股力量进行较量的、是在某一时间反映一切基本面和主力意图的语言。它包括：


　　（1）开盘价：它是多空双方在开盘前5分钟撮合而成的，它已经反映了主力的一部分意图，尤其是在其他相关市场价格发生突变的情况下，开盘价更反映出交战双方的态度和决心。


　　（2）收盘价：收盘价是对全天价格走势的一个总结，也是对当天多空较量谁胜谁败的一种评价，收盘价还是与下一交易日进行衔接的桥梁，一般讲，在盘整行情中，主力并不愿意过多流露其意图时，收盘价与当天的结算价都比较接近。


　　（3）盘中最高价、最低价：这些价格反映了多空在续盘阶段较量的情况，特点是在最高价或最低价附近经常伴随着较大的成交量，这一点可以从分时线中看得清晰，在盘整行情中，这两个价格成为全天交易的价格区间定位尺，投资者将在该区间内完成日内的交易。


　　（4）成交量：当日成交量的大小反映了市场投资者在当日的价格区间中进行交易的偏好程度，它还体现出投资者目前的心理状态，积极介入或出场观望或持币等待，更深一层地看，它反映出价格向某方向变动的量在集聚或被释放，当成交有效放大时，或是行情的开始或是行情阶段性结束，当然，要联系持仓量、价格等因素综合判断。


　　（5）持仓量：持仓的变化在价格运行中占有重要地位，代表了主力的持仓意愿和意图，它分为主动增(减)仓和被动增（减）仓，通过持仓的变化可以估计到主力的持仓成本，为投资者在操作中提供一定的买卖依据，一般讲，如果当日某合约上出现持仓变化幅度超过20%以上时，可能会诱发行情原趋势的逆转。
