　　什么是你做投资的时候最害怕，最不想看到，并为之彻夜难眠的事？我听到有人心里默念着“爆仓”。


　　很多投资者都承受着来自这种心理的折磨，害怕亏钱的同时也害怕赚到手的财富物归原主。我们常认为，害怕亏损是很正常的负面情绪。而实际上，恐惧盈利的心理也同样普遍，且具有毁灭性。


　　当市场走势越来越接近潜在的顶部或底部，交易者就会变得犹豫不决，害怕看错行情导致刚到手的利润全部消失。另一种情况是，当账户浮动资金暴增或浮动盈利一段时间，交易者也容易变得夜不能寐，总是担忧第二天醒来账户就遭遇严重缩水甚至被一扫而空。


　　而无论是害怕亏损还是害怕盈利，形成这类交易心理的主要原因还是：


　　——缺乏交易系统或交易系统不稳定


　　我有一个学员，在建仓之前经常会出现恐惧的情况，甚至建仓之后依然会焦虑不安。在没有老师的带动下，经常过早平仓立场或者死扛亏损单。本该在账户触及2%止损就离场的，最终等到亏损10%才被迫痛苦的结束交易。

　　所以我们在投资过程中，无论是盈利或是亏损，恐惧一直在伴随着我们。为什么恐惧？只是害怕出现最糟糕的结果罢了。


　　巴菲特曾经说过，他最大的成功并不是赚钱，而是学会享受交易的过程。是的，我们下象棋的时候“将军”只是结果，实际上对弈的过程才是我们乐此不疲的。


　　你越是专注投入交易的过程，致力于提高自身的水平，不要计较交易的结果好或不好，反而会经常赚到很多钱。
