Trump3month23日对钢材进口征收25%的关税，并对铝征收10%的关税。特朗普此举是基于美国1962年出台的一项法律，允许以“国家安全”为由保护美国钢铝制造商。


　　但加拿大、墨西哥和欧盟都坚持，不会为了获得美国的永久关税豁免而接受配额。FX678认为，美国和哪怕最亲密的盟友之间关于进口钢铝关税的矛盾还远未得到全面解决，市场风险情绪可能因此出现反复。

　　在美元指数延续涨势破坏了倒“锤子线”的顶部信号，有望延续涨势，市场对美联储利率决议的预期也偏向鹰派，有望给美元提供支撑。顺应的前面走势，黄金昨日反抽走势截止目前为止，黄金下行势能依旧强势。现在重点关注日线级别1307、1303.5两个位置的重点支撑位。在4H中关注布林线中轨1320.44附近阻力，下方关注隔夜低点1310.11附近支撑。小时线级别延续震荡下跌；KDJ重新结成死叉，MACD也有重新结成死叉的迹象，短线可能会再次试探1307附近支撑，如果下破则会打开进一步下行空间。晚间存在反抽的可能性。

　　周一时刻在内塔尼亚胡向美国施压，要求其退出与伊朗的2015年核协议后，石油价格大幅上涨，他称这是伊朗秘密核武器计划的证据。德黑兰否认曾寻求核武器美国可能对伊拉施加新的制裁，OPEC领衔的集体减产行动持续控制产出，供给端忧虑重重，油价因而受到支撑。

　　日线级别高位震荡，留意67.11-69.3区域的突破情况；MACD红色柱萎缩，KDJ死叉信号延续，略微偏向下行，初步支撑在5Daily moving average68.27附近，进一步支撑仍在近一周低点67.11附近，需要跌破该位置，才能进一步确认见顶信号。


　　在亚盘时间段行情走出一波明显的下行走势，从客观走势来看，目前1Hand4H空头排列，并且击穿了453的支撑位——68整数关口。晚间在美盘时间段重点关注回踩区间即可。
