　　一、制定合理的交易计划，根据自己的资金量，制定详细的盈利方案和风控方案，不要连个计划都没有就盲目的多空交易。
　　
　　二、轻仓操作（仓位尽量控制在四分之一仓以内），什么叫做轻重呢？这是主观的标准，我觉得，要轻到就是亏损了，也不会让你手心出汗！换句话说，完全以你自己承受能力的范围来决定。轻仓的意义，在于使你关注点始终落在研究行情上，而不是账面的盈亏。这是一个策略的问题，要知道利润大小取决于进场点位和仓位，点位进的好，轻仓当然可以盈利，关键在于，轻仓做长线，这是第一；第二，重要的在于复利积少成多，这才是交易获利的安全法宝，而决不是靠一次、两次、三次的暴利！！
　　
　　三、转移角度。换一个视角看待交易。每天晚上睡觉前，不是问自己：今天盈利多少？或者亏损多少？而是问：我错了吗？错在哪里？我对了吗？对在哪里？每天感觉到自己的变化和进步，这是交易的根本。于是，亏损的痛苦、盈利的喜悦，不再占据你头脑的主要位置。这一点非常重要，习惯以后，你会自觉地看盘面走势，学习盘面，而偶尔才会看看账单了。因为我觉得，交易习惯养成了，想不盈利都难！
