　　月报显示，OPEC8月原油产量下降，这主要归功于利比亚、加蓬、委内瑞拉和伊拉克产量的下降。此前数月OPEC产量连续上涨，一度使人们担忧减产协议的效果。最新的数据发布后，这种担忧情绪终于得到了缓解。除了OPEC成员国，组织外的原油产量也在8月份出现了下滑。
