International SpotgoldWednesday（8month17日）在1267dollar/盎司附近开始大幅反弹，最低至1284dollar/Ounces, increase17美元。周三一改前两个交易日颓势，获得大涨，短期K线强势，再次获得上涨动能，均线多头排列，日内很可能再次上攻测试上方1291阻力一带。


Thursday(8month17day)，亚市盘初，黄金在1282.26dollar/盎司附近上冲至1288dollar/盎司附近，目前在1287dollar/盎司附近徘徊。黄金在1267dollar/盎司附近再次触底反弹，重获上涨动能，最高至1288dollar/盎司，目前来看，很有可能继续上冲测试前期1291dollar/盎司阻力。

Beijing Time8month17日凌晨，美联储发布的7月货币政策会议纪要显示，因近期数据不及预期，美联储官员降低了2017年通胀预期，许多美联储官员认为通胀处于2%下方的时间将长于预期，同时对9月宣布资产负债表缩减的时机问题持开放态度。纪要发布后，美联储9Monthly interest rate increase25Bps to1.25%-1.5%区间的概率降为0%，公布前为1.4%；12The probability of monthly interest rate hikes reaching this range is46.9%，公布前为46.8%。

金融博客Zerohedge点评称，美联储7月会议纪要显示，美联储内部对通胀的分歧加深。首先，纪要显示FOMC官员们对通胀的分歧加深，虽然美联储在会议纪要中提及通胀将在未来几年上升，但7月会议时其尚未得知上周表现不佳的CPIandPPI数据；其次，美联储仍有可能在9月会议上宣布缩表；此外，美联储考虑年内再次加息的理由之一是对资产价格的担忧及消除泡沫的可能性；最后，会议纪要还显示美联储对政策不确定性损害投资表示担忧。

OPEC减产协议或长达数年，九月页岩油产量增至历史高点

熊庆军技术分析——

原油箱体50.0-48.0的区间已经打破，昨日公布原油库存数据利多油价，不过涨幅力度较弱，尾盘两次反抽48.0、47.8位置均没有站稳，凌晨油价跳水跌至46.65一线。笔者坚持原计划和思路不变，继续做空原油，上方短线压制47.3、47.6开空，下方关注46.2黄金分割率50%位置的支撑。欧美盘跌破此位下方可看至0.618of45.3USD.
