Last weekcrude oil主要受OPEC加强监督减产实施、沙特8月宣布再减产10010000 barrels/Day andAPIandIEA库存数据的大幅下降；提振原油价。欧佩克产油国将在8month7Solstice8日就减产执行情况在阿联酋召开会议。市场预期此次会议上将讨论是否继续延续减产计划；将对油价产生重要影响。此外，美国石油活跃钻井7Monthly increase only10座，美国页岩油行业债务危机似乎有爆发的迹象，美国阿纳达科石油公司公司周一公布的财报显示，该公司计划将2017年资本支出削减3亿美元，康菲石油则在周四宣布2017年资本支出削减4%，这也是美国其他主要页岩油生产商采取的策略。如果这一计划实施，页岩油未来的勘探、开采活动将受到很大影响。
