Industrial Investment:EIA库存大降无济于事 crude oil冲高回落

Crude oil:
周四虽然美国EIA原油库存大幅下降，但并没有提振原油的多头人气，投资者持续对原油进行获利了结，且俄罗斯不支持进一步减产的态度令两地原油双双重挫，最终录得连续第二日下跌。美国NYMEX 8Monthly crude oilfuturesfall0.28USD, decline0.61%Report45.33dollar/bucket;ICEBrent9Monthly crude oil futures decline0.93%Report47.89dollar/Bucket.
根据美国能源信息署(EIA)The latest data shows that as of6month30日当周，美国原油库存骤降629.9Ten thousand barrels, with a decrease of5month26日当周以来最大，预期为减少228.310000 barrels;meanwhile,美国汽油库存减少366.9万桶，同样好于预期减少106.7万桶，为连续第三周录得下滑，降幅为3month24当周以来的最大。另外，由于本周美国独立日假期，出行高峰到来，上周汽油需求也出现反弹。数据公布之后，两地原油跳涨至当日最高46.49and49.15。
然而库存下降并没有对原油构成持续的支撑。原油的市场供过于求的悲观情绪依旧弥漫。另有消息报道，俄罗斯能源大臣诺瓦克表示，OPECAnd nonOPEC产油国的减产行动已经遏制了油价的大幅波动，并有效降低了库存，因此并不需要在短期内采取额外措施来提振油价。俄罗斯不愿意进一步减产的立场加重了投资者的担忧。
在过去两周，多家投行下调了油价预期，因担忧原油供应过剩的情况会延续到2018年。美银美林将今明两年的布伦特原油预估从54and56The US dollar has been lowered to50and52美元。丹麦盛宝银行称，油价在未来几个月将升向55美元，但预计年底和明年将走低。今日亚市油价持续走弱至47.49，今日晚间还有贝克休斯石油钻井平台数据公布，预计尾盘的波动将加大。
USD Index:
周四美国晚间公布的“小非农”数据显示，美国6monthADPIncrease in employment15.8万，不及预期增加18.5万。数据公布之后，美元指数快速下跌。同时，美国上周初请人数录得24.8万，为连续第三周增加。美国经济数据总体表现不佳，当日美元指数结束四连阳，重挫至96关口下方。小非农的疲弱表现为今日美国非农就业报告蒙上了阴影，市场预计美国6月非农就业人数将增加17.7万，失业率将持稳于前值4.3%;平均时薪月率和年率将分别增长0.3%and2.6%。
