援引路透消息，俄罗斯能源部第一副部长Alexei Texler称，俄罗斯明年石油产量可能增至高达5.51亿吨，相当于1,10710000 barrels/日，并将开始试行一项新税制来支持增产。

Texler表示，增加产量将取决于全球减产协议能够顺利结束的程度。他预计，今年的石油产量料为5.47亿吨；预计明年产量将在5.47Billion tons-5.51亿吨，取决于退出减产协议的顺利程度。俄罗斯和其他10个非OPEC产油国于去年12月统一减产，为15年来首次。上周OPECAnd nonOPEC产油国达成协议，同意将减产延长至2018year3月。根据减产协议，俄罗斯已经减产3010000 barrels/Day.
