按照合同法的规定，承诺赠与对方房产，只要在房产未过户前，赠与方是可以反悔的。如果房产已经过户，赠与方就不能反悔了。 婚姻法>解释-三第5条规定：婚前或者婚姻关系存续期间，当事人约定将一方所有的房产赠与另一方，赠与方在赠与房产变更登记之前撤销赠与，另一方请求判令继续履行的，人民法院可以按照合同法第一百八十六条的规定处理。合同法-186条是关于赠与的规定
