  Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC)与俄罗斯等其他产油国承诺今年上半年减产18010000 barrels/日，以抑制近年来供应过剩的情况，推升油价。


  尽管减产协议正式生效以来成效斐然，但伴随着油价的上涨，OPEC等产油国最为担心的局面还是发生了：美国页岩油生产商利用油价上涨时机而大力发展页岩油产业。

According to published data, as of4month21日当周石油钻井总数再度增加5座，连续14周增加，创2015year4月以来最高，延续10个月以来的复苏周期，本次复苏周期可能延续至2018Year.


  伴随着美国石油活跃钻井数持续增加，美油产量稳步攀升，并触及2015year8月以来最高水平，接近沙特和俄罗斯的产量，预计今年该国产量将为92210000 barrels/Day,2018年将达到创纪录的99010000 barrels/Day.

  美油库存不断录得上涨一直是市场质疑OPECAnd nonOPEC联合减产控制供应过剩能力的主要原由，加上全球燃料供应迭创新高，所以尽管OPECAnd nonOPEC减产执行率再创新高，今年油价大致还是下滑局面，当前布兰特原油较4月高位下跌近8.5%，较去年12月下跌近10%。

  原油周二走了一波下探回升的过山车，随着日图的放量连阴。短线下行放缓。昨日先跌后涨符合思路。盘中49.50先短空看至48.80附近完成收仓止盈。尾盘时段再反抽至49.80高位。刷新了亚欧盘的高点。最终日图收平十字KLine.
