基本面

特朗普上周未能争取到足够多数的票数支持其医保计划，使其推行政策的能力遭到投资者质疑。周一(3month27day)美市早盘，这一担忧持续发酵，避险情绪爆发，恐慌指数飙升至11月高位，全球金融市场掀起惊涛骇浪：美元失守99关口，美股大幅下跌，美债收益率持续下滑，现货goldStanding1260dollar/盎司关口。随着美联储进行金融危机第三次加息，美元指数一路狂泻，如今更是几乎跌回到去年11月美国大选周以来的最低水平。

此外，此前荷兰大选民粹主义落败，而法国大选显示马克龙即将打败反欧派勒庞，周末德国地方选举默克尔领导的基督教民主联盟也获得胜利，这些政治事件可能也在一定程度上提振了欧元的人气。在多重利好影响下，欧元呈现否极泰来之势，同时进一步打压了美元的气势。

周日石油输出国组织(OPEC)And nonOPEC产油国在会后发布的声明中移除了“建议将减产协议延长6个月”的措辞，令市场感到失望，周一(3month27day)亚洲时段下跌。截至到目前，油价已经连续第3周下降，而且对冲基金及其他基金经理连续第四周减持美国crude oilfuturesandoption净多头头寸,如果不想油价进一步下跌，除非OPEC延长减产至6月以后，或是进行更大幅减产。

Gold Technology Analysis:

黄金从日线上看走出一个V型反转，年内上一次高点在1264附近，今日黄金价格再次走强，结束了上周周末的回落行情，今天再次上探前高1264压力位，短期内黄金今个虽然走强，但是面对前期的高点压力很有可能走出一波回落，在大的趋势看涨的形态上还需要防止一波回落，所以对于操作上稳健的是关注上方压力位的突破在跟进的多单，若受阻可以跟随一波回落的空单。日内操作上方关注1264的压力，下方回落关注1252Support.

上周原油给出区间震荡调整的策略，本周继续维持，直到行情给出明显的破位，原油昨日最高触及48.25高位之后下跌，短线区间进一步缩小。形态上没有值得多说的，本人在上周的文章中分析的很明白，区间调整，底部支撑47美元，经过上周行情的发展，确立48.6-49.6阻力位，除非油价上破49.6，才考虑重新看多头，而一旦跌破46.9美元，那么空头进一步来临。

Silver Technology Analysis:

白银昨日跳空高开高，17.80一线开盘即涨，一直延续至欧美盘时段刷新18.10高位，并且收在18.0之上。日图收盘大阳线，站稳中短期均线之上看多，K线结构慢性放量上涨，结合小时图形成二浪放量上涨。而17.20是二浪起涨点，目前二浪空间接近尾端。短线待回踩确认一次后再择机做多。结合调整0.382的支撑点在17.80Nearby. andK线形态却不支持有这么大的回踩空间。所以短线可能是快回调快收复的走法。也就是快速下探回升完成修正。操作上接近17.8附近多损17.6target18.30.

【解套方法】
