2、两者都是通过保证金交易。投资者用自有资金作为担保，从银行或经纪商处提供的融资放大来进行交易，也就是放大投资者的交易资金。 
3、两者都使用杠杆交易。交易杠杆比例的大小，一般由银行或者经纪商(trading platform )决定，杠杆比例越大，投资者需要投入的资金就越少，风险就越大。
