　　尽管沙特和诸多OPEC产油国如此卖力减产，但市场似乎并不太买账。OPEC月报公布之后，布伦特油价仅微涨0.3美元，此后连这一丁点涨幅也很快被抹去。由于美元反弹，惊人的减产执行率也未能在日内帮助油价转跌为升。

　　回归技术面，从日线图上看，原油依旧是处于宽幅区间震荡中，区间并没有被打破，K线目前已跌破布林带上轨，处于第二区间内运行。下方虽依旧还有均线支撑，但预测支撑力不够强，有打破风险，从四小时图上看，K线以位于布林带中轨下方运行且MACD指标空头开始放量，空头趋势明显。
