此外，昨日凌晨公布的EIA月度短期能源报告显示，EIA分别下调和上调了2017And2018年的原油产量预期，预期2017年市场将会达成总体平衡，预计今年美油均价为53.46dollar/桶，高于此前的预期52.50dollar/桶；布油均价为54.54dollar/桶，高于此前的预期53.50dollar/Bucket.

据伊朗当地媒体报道，伊朗国家石油公司（NationalIranianOilCompany）总经理卡尔多尔（AliKardor）称，伊朗发现了150亿桶的新原油储备，其中20亿桶是可开采的。

今天凌晨，美国能源部表示，根据2016年的法律规定，在2月末将从战略原油储备中出售1000万桶原油。美国出售战略储备是为修缮战略储备的基础设施而筹资，于去年12month9日得到了美国国会的批准。由于恰好在减产期间进入市场，因此可能部分抵消减产效果。
