Tuesday（1month24日）油价小幅上涨，石油输出国组织（OPEC）减产行动成绩显著，crude oil多头大受鼓舞，不过美元止跌转涨令油价涨幅受限，美国WTIcrude oil3monthfuturesIncome increase0.43USD, or0.82[%]Report53.18美元。布伦特原油3月期货周二收涨0.21USD, or0.38[%]Report55.44USD.
凌晨出炉的数据显示，美国截至1month20Day and WeekAPIIncrease in crude oil inventory293.0010000 barrels to4.822亿桶，增幅高于预期值272.40万桶，前值下降504.20万桶，值得提醒的是，北京时间23:30将出炉美国EIA库存数据，目前市场预期EIACrude oil inventory will increase144Ten thousand barrels, gasoline inventory increases9010000 barrels, reduced inventory of refined oil55.56dollar/桶，投资者需重点关注，这对油价的短线波动影响较大。

Analysis of the US crude oil market
US crude oil is under pressure during trading53美元下方。小时图显示油价短线倾向温和下跌，日线级别油价整体交投于上行通道中，云图转折线位于基准线下方但走势趋平，暗示汇价整体或倾向震荡下行。市场认为，即便达成了减产协议，但是并没有从根本上改变供需失衡的局面，因此该协议对油价的提振可能较为短暂，且美国原油价格很大程度上受美国原油库存数据的影响，油价走强将刺激美国页岩油产商的复苏，若美国原油库存大量增加，那么油价的涨势将被终结。
从原油价格四小时走势图上看，布林带三轨一致开口向上运行，K线价格在在布林带上轨下方运行，受中轨强劲支撑，目前油价交投于53美元附近。隔夜油价一度上破53.50美元，随后迅速回落，看来53.50阻力强劲，下方支撑看向52.30美元，进一步看向51美元大关，综合来看，油价受上轨压制明显，预计后市油价将小幅上涨再下行，操作上建议高抛低吸。

日线上看，近几日波动不是很大，不过整体处于上行通道，四小时级别，K线运行于布林中上轨之间，银价再次测试了17美元附近的阻力，又一次的受阻，所以依旧可以关注17美元附近的支撑位，附图MACD指标快慢线死叉，绿色动能初放量，KDJ三线死叉向下继续发散，短期内银价有回调需求，操作上建议回调做多为主。近期要关注英国脱欧程序启动对于行情的影响。
