海炜寒：冻产危机逐步爆发，原油日内或跌破52

Monday（1month9日），尽管美元回落以及俄罗斯实施减产的消息提供了一定支撑，但因伊拉克南部油港crude oil出口创纪录新高令市场对OPEC的减产前景产生担忧，且美国活跃钻井数连续第10周增长暗示着该国原油产量将进一步攀升，原油futures价格收于12month16日以来的最低水平。
　　
　　OPEC产油国方面，伊拉克原油出口再创新高同样引发了担忧。伊拉克石油部信息显示，该国南部油港12月原油出口量触及35110000 barrels/日的纪录新高，这将保证2月主要客户的原油供应。不过，伊拉克原油部长阿鲁艾比表示，该国南部史无前例的高出口不会影响伊拉克遵循OPEC减产协议的动作。此外，根据伊拉克装船数据显示，该国南部油港1月原油出口量料将为35010000 barrels/Day, with12月的纪录高位基本持平。
