海炜寒：减产协定收效甚微，1.4现货原油、白银操作建议

　　crude oil在首个交易日就给我们送上大礼，冲高回落断崖式跳水，回吐之前的全部涨势。一切再次回到起点，早间开盘之后维持震荡，欧盘则在52.8一线徘徊，上方承压于53.8美元，短期突破的机会不大。现在需要等待减产协议的最新消息，由于元旦休市EIA再度推迟到周五0点公布，今日晚间就不用再等了。
　　

　　现在油价又回到震荡形态了，整体的趋势就看明天的EIA了，能够突破就会涨上去，不能突破也不会跌到那里去。今天的区间就是在52.3-53.8的区间内了，这样看来操作的思路也就出来了，围绕区间高沽低渣操作即可。
　　

　　白银还是老样子，没有较大的波动，只是按照昨天的思路涨上去了，但是整体的幅度依旧不大而已。本周其实可以看到18美元附近的，因为本周有非农数据，特朗普即将推行新经济支持，为美国注入新活力。今日凌晨的美指虽说上涨了，但是跌的也快，站不稳脚跟是不行的，操作上白银继续看涨，思路维持低多不变。
　　
　　原油、白银晚间操作策略;
　　
　　原油：现在主要看震荡，能否突破53.8则是油价重回55美元上方的关键；晚间油价回落52.6Long nearby, stop loss0.3美元，目标看到53.5一线；首次冲击53.5Short selling, stop loss0.3US dollars, look at the target53.0frontline.
　　
　　白银：美盘继续做多即可，现在上涨的比较缓慢，但是却属于长期上涨。美盘前后白银可在16.2Long on the front line, stop loss0.2US dollars, look at the target16.6及其上方。
