2017年第一个交易日，油价“开门红”，国际原油价格短线拉升突破54.51美元这个去年高位的阻力，并站上55大关，刷新了自2015year7month7日以来最高位，目前稍有回落，但进一步上涨动能充足。


油价上涨，因市场看到OPECAnd nonOPEC国家减产动向


威特石油公司首席执行官Jamal Jaafar表示，科威特将遵照此前达成的原油减产协议，从2017year1月起关闭80-90座油井，减产1310000 barrels/Day, to27510000 barrels/Day.Jaafar还称，公司将利用此次关闭油井的时机，将原本2018年的维护计划提前至今年完成。本周Burgan油田的两个采油中心将进入维护。


不过，像科威特这类与沙特更加亲近的产油国会努力执行减产协议，但市场更加担心伊拉克和俄罗斯这些产油国是否能够严格遵守协议减产。此外，高盛曾发布报告称，美国页岩油产量将在2017年首个季度维持增长，在每桶55美元的水平下，页岩油生产商每年可能增加8010000 barrels/日的产量。

原油今日高开却没有高姿态走起，反而在亚盘初中阶段震荡走低，在减产实施的日子着实让人失望，不过还好，在亚盘尾端开始震荡走高，直接冲破日内高点54.2美元，欧盘延续其上涨的走势，更是直接一波拉升直接突破此前高点54.5美元，上破至55美元上方，最高触及到55.24后小幅回落，目前这种震荡上升的走势，在减产没有消息出来的情况下，让人觉得上方空间是否还有富余？从四小时线上升趋势线上看，目前已经冲破高点54.51，到达55美元上方，虽目前涨势喜人但不可忽视利空因素的影响，且国际油价飙涨，从技术面来看短线将有一波技术面回撤行情，综合来看，油价会在短暂回落之后继续反弹，所以在操作上孟梵薇*Heartachemengf2建议以回落做多为主。






白银方面：


白银今日走势虽较为起伏，但是依然没有逃脱15.8-16.2的区间。首先亚盘走平后就小幅小涨，到了16.13美元之后无力继续走高，就开始了震荡下行之路，差不多已经回吐了全部的涨幅，但下方15.8美元支撑犹在，亦已止跌回升。技术面上，目前布林带三轨持平运行，MACD指标在零轴上方走平，能量柱也是小荷才漏尖尖角。综合来看，白银还是以区间震荡为主，稍有动荡还是要等待大小非农的到来，所以晚间操作上孟梵薇￥伈mengf2还是建议区间内高抛低吸。
