Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC)前任秘书长巴德里(Abdalla SalemEl-Badri)Wednesday(12month7day)在普氏能源会议上称，要想影响原油市场的走势，产油国需要减产18010000 barrels/Day.OPECLast Wednesday(11month30day)达成了8年来的首个减产协议，计划明年减产12010000 barrels/日，同时希望能够得到更多非OPEC产油国的减产配合。近期俄罗斯已经表态，愿意削减3010000 barrels/日的原油产量。OPEC希望其他非OPEC产油国能合计贡献另外3010000 barrels/日的产量削减。

　　巴德里相信OPEC成员国将兑现减产的诺言，并强调OPEC协议必须实现至少12010000 barrels/天的减产。他还称，“如果2017年油价达到每桶55USD,OPEC将感到满意。”消息人士表示，本周六(12month10day)OPEC将在维也纳举行与非OPEC产油国的减产磋商会议，希望能进一步扩大减产范围。不过目前在已接到邀请的14个非OPEC成员国中，只有5个国家确认出席。OPEC秘书长巴尔金都上周表示，包括伊朗、伊拉克、沙特等八个OPEC国家将加入周六谈判。
