今日亚盘，国际crude oil价格高位盘整，OPEC达成减产计划余震持续，油价连续两日上涨，但因非农数据及石油钻井数据即将公布，油价上行空间受限。

Russian Energy Minister Novak(Alexander Novak)Thursday(12month1day)表示，作为与石油输出国组织(OPEC)达成协议的一部分，俄罗斯将在11-12月的水平上实施减产，2017年上半年最高减产3010000 barrels/Day.
诺瓦克称，“俄罗斯将逐步减产，所有油企都将参与减产。”他还表示，阿塞拜疆、墨西哥和其它国家可能会也会加入减产协议。
市场对OPEC和俄罗斯达成的协议表示乐观，该协议旨在降低全球原油产量，帮助油市重返平衡。但是投资者先不要高兴太早，市场预期今夜非农数据利好美元，或施压油价。
