Tuesday(10month25day)亚盘尾端时段伊拉克官员称，若基于真实产量，可以接受欧佩克的石油冻产协议，油价随后应声而涨，截止笔者撰稿时，油价继续刷新日内高点再次触及51美元附近压力位，目前需要重点关注，如果有效突破，不排除继续冲击51.5/52位置，反之将继续下探50关口甚至更低。

Iraqi Minister of Oil, Lu'abi(JabarAlial-Luaibi)周日表示，伊拉克应得到石油输出国组织(OPEC)原油限产协议的豁免，因该国需要资金来打击伊斯兰国武装分子。不过，伊拉克方面周二的态度发生了变化。伊拉克石油部发言人Jihad表示，若基于“真实”产量，伊拉克可以接受欧佩克的石油冻产协议。伊拉克的产量冻产应基于47010000 barrels/日以上产量，欧佩克关于伊拉克产量的数据是“误读”的。楚沫认为，在减产细节进一步明确之前，油价将可能在目前水准上下维持区间交投，但可能会有波动。




Director of the International Energy Agency, Birol, Tuesday(10month25day)指出，如果欧佩克会议拉高油价，全球石油需求增速也可能放缓；如果欧佩克11月会议推高油价，则美国页岩油将重回市场，且中国石油产量下降料将放缓。OPEC成员国定于11月份在维也纳召开一次正式会议，就各个产油国在限产计划中的产量配额展开讨论，这项计划的目标是将该组织的总产油量限制在最多330010000 barrels/日。美国石油协会(API)将在北京时间周三(10month26day)凌晨公布周度库存报告，美国能源资信息署(EIA)的库存数据将在周三晚间出炉，这对油价的短线波动影响较大，投资者需要予以关注。一项路透调查显示，美国上周原油库存料增加80Ten thousand barrels, to4.695Billion barrels.

　　【原油】：原油昨日盘中跌穿50USD, for10month18日来首次，触及日低49.62一线，不过临近收盘,油价收复了日内过半数失地，日K线留下一根长长的下引线，显示出多头有积极护盘的迹象，布林带依然成缩口形态运行，MACD指标死叉运行于0轴上方，绿色量能持续冒头，指标中性，日线整体看来虽然还是多头占优，但是动能衰竭，目前仍然处于箱体整理中；4小时图上布林带走平运行，目前油价运行于布林中轨一线，能否有效站稳布林中轨上方有待考验，布林上轨于51.5附近继续展开压制，布林下轨于50关口形成支撑，MACDIndicator on0轴一线粘合运行，指标中性；综合分析来看，楚沫提示需要关注的几个重点位置，上方是51.5/52，下方是50/49.3，今天继续关注，对于日内的走势暂时以区间对待！
