——API数据利多能否扭转乾坤

API原油库存数据公布后，美国WTI原油和布伦特原油短线上涨，分别报50.58dollar/Bucket and51.94dollar/Bucket.

每周三的API原油库存数据都会很大可能的影响当日原油的走势。这个数据一直以来都被市场所重视，但是由于公布的时间在国内市场利用不起来，市场的投资情绪基本都集中在了晚间的EIA原油库存数据。到底是涨是跌，还能跟着数据做单吗?那么此刻我告诉你，其实行情远没有想象的那么复杂一切尽在掌握之中。

利多一面：伊朗石油部长表示，希望OPECstay11月达成协议抑制石油产量。他看好下个月达成协议，并表示：“我们应该在11月决定每个国家应生产多少。”

科威特财政部长兼代理石油部长Anasal-Saleh称，他对即将举行的11Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC)政策会议表示乐观，认为成员国之间“至少”将达成产量共识。希望未来10to15个月内原油价格将位于50-60dollar/桶区间，这才是“合理的和可接受的”。

利空一面：随着11月份限产协议的脚步逐渐加快，大部分产油国开始看好冻产计划，使得油价受到支撑，但是即便如此还改不了供应过剩问题，这也一定程度上压制了油价上升的空间。

美国钻井数不断增加，俄罗斯、沙特等方面时不时的的出现变卦事故，而如果没有俄罗斯的参与，减产协议可能达不到效果。

EIA数据公布后，如何操作才能把握住行情，具体布局如下
