　　crude oil市场投资者要小心俄罗斯方面发出的“友好”言论。尽管全球最大原油出口国——俄罗斯向石油输出国组织(OPEC)示好，对达成减产协议表示支持，但这可能只是说说而已。
　　俄罗斯总统普京(Vladimir Putin)上周意外发表利多油价的言论。普京上周一(10month10day)在伊斯坦布尔表示，俄罗斯愿意考虑冻产、甚至是减产。
　　俄罗斯第二大石油生产商Lukoil的副主席Leonid Fedun上周二表示，他“丝毫不怀疑”会有冻产协议或者减产协议，他称：“我相信，每个人都会加入政府同意的行动中来。”
　　但周三普京再度转变态度，他在莫斯科说道，全球将会从原油产出冻结在当前水平受益，但考虑减产“早已没有什么意义”。
