International Energy Agency(IEA)Tuesday(10month11day)Published9月月报显示，石油输出组织(OPEC)9monthcrude oil产出达到创纪录的336410000 barrels/日，主要原因是伊拉克及利比亚增产。同时，其还认为，若OPEC执行协议，原油市场恢复平衡的速度将更快，但很难评估OPEC的减产会如何影响油市平衡。

昨日盘的大涨出乎意料，日线录得略带有上下影线的大阳，价格有效击穿51关口，不过今日盘市场并未走延续，相反在触高后大幅回落，周期指标呈现拐头下探之势，日线回补需求大过上涨延续。
4小时上价格高位整理走下探，短期均线有所拐头，MACD金叉势能衰竭，红柱缩量，随机指标金叉上行动能不足，目前来看急需回补。沥青价看出有见顶迹象，只是今日能够完成收线后才能更加确认，因此晚间操作上继续维持高空。
