since2014year2月，天然气价格触及高点后，便迈入了熊市。因市场供应过剩，且全球经济低迷无法拉动需求上涨。然而分析师科布（Kurt Cobb）基于切尼尔能源公司近期的行为，预计天然气熊市即将到头。

当切尼尔能源公司在计划打造天然气进口港口时，几乎所有人都认为美国天然气产量很快会减少。但就在港口开始运转的数个月后，进口天然气的行为变得可笑。因为美国国内天然气产量在持续增涨，与进口相比价格要便宜的多。当然，这座进口天然气的港口也很快被弃之不用了。

而如今在天然气价格低迷的环境下，切尼尔能源公司又建造了新的出口港口，并出口了第一批货物。这在科布看来，反而是美国市场供给过剩减缓的信号。

更重要的是，页岩气的产量已经开始下降，这意味着未来某一天供给会逐渐缩小，美国天然气价格将上涨。并且近期有多个天然气项目被推迟或是直接取消。在上个月，壳牌公司就宣布推迟在不列颠哥伦比亚省和路易斯安那州建造液化天然气出口设施的计划。而在北美之外其他地方，也在发生着同样的事情。

just as2008年时，切尼尔能源建造进口港口标志着天然气价格已见顶一样，此时该公司建立出口港口也似乎标志着天然气价格已触底。与切尼尔能源公司一样，许多公司也选择在天然气价格位于低点时出口天然气，同时，美国国内产出在减少，这最终会拉涨价格上扬。

原油上周因为沙特放言在下周要稳定油价导致原油反弹不断创新高反弹新高，这只是一个超预期的反弹，并没有改变什么，原油依旧在下跌周期的反弹蓄势中，只不过它给到了45美元，你再去做空或中空这样才有力道，没有见过一次突发的消息可以改变最终的趋势，讲话更不靠谱，我记得过去在原油涨到48美元的时候，价格一样没有下来，最后涨到了52美元，为什么那个时候不担心不会下跌呢，现在才反弹到44美元而已。

从技术面来看国际原油价格亚盘时段维持在45美元下方震荡交投，欧式盘初油价短线下挫，最低下探44.38dollar/桶；美市盘初油价触底反弹走出V型走势，收复欧盘跌幅，目前于45美元上方交投；技术面4小时图上看，均线系统多头排列运行，KDJ勾头向上发散，MACD双线勾头向上延伸，红色动能走平；日线上油价上方阻力关注46美元；综合分析来看，一诺大师预计今日油价先小幅度回落然后震荡上行，谨防冲高回落，操作上建议回调做多。
