　　油价的走势波动极其受原油库存数据的影响，而今日周三晚间10：30To be announcedEIA的库存数据。届时数据公布前后对汇市以及贵金属市场都会造成一定的影响。EIA（美国能源信息署）属于官方机构，现市交易员和国际权威的能源咨询机构都是采用EIA的库存数据。一般每周三公布一次，时间为晚间11：30(Daylight Time10:30)Announcement.
　　
　　其理论上对油价影响一般为：当原油库存增加，表明市场上原油供应量过剩，导致油价下跌，美元上涨，gold下跌。当原油库存减少，表明市场上对原油需求旺盛，导致油价上涨，美元下跌，黄金上涨。
　　
　　原油库存的变化实际上反映了美国政府对油价的态度。如果战略原油库存大幅增加，表明美国政府认可当时的油价，因此就会增加战略库存抢夺原油资源，从而激化供需矛盾导致油价上涨。反之亦然。因此EIA原油库存与欧佩克原油库存对于美元影响的区别在于，EIA对于美元汇价的影响更为直接，影响也较大。
