Fundamental points

• 英央行不变：英国央行则以7-2的投票结果，连续第七次将基准利率维持在5.25%of16年高点不变，符合市场预期。该行表示，不降息的决定某种程度上来说是“非常平衡的”，政策需要在较长一段时间内保持限制性。
• 英央行会议纪要：会议纪要称，一些委员认为最近的数据“并没有显著改变经济所处的通胀回落轨道”，表明官员越来越确信可以开始降息。其他人则指出了国内服务业价格压力顽固所带来的风险。
• 市场预期：利率决议公布后，交易员增加了对英国央行降息的押注，倾向于认为8月将进行首次降息，今年共降息两次。

• Random oscillation index：指标进入超卖区域即将发出多头信号，暗示短期汇价存在反弹概率。但由于快线没有完全上穿慢线，投资者若想做多仍需要耐心等待。
• Upper resistance：汇价昨日的上涨触及前期顶部形态的颈线一带，同时也是黑色33日均线附近。联合的阻力区域压制汇价进一步上行，若汇价有效突破该阻力区域，则要么英镑下跌调整结束，要么将进入更长周期的调整中。

• Random oscillation index：指标还未进入超买区域，但是汇价却已经触及关键阻力，行情或将在阻力区域调整，指标慢速接近超买区域。
• 均线阻力：汇价上方为三根均线联合组成的压制区域。值得注意的是，汇价前期在跌破黑色33周期和红色65周期均线后，反弹回踩该两个短期均线组后继续跌破虚线200周期均线。目前再度反弹，若仍然无法有效突破则汇价将进一步贬值。
