ATFX: The Russia-Ukraine conflict is likely to intensify at the end of the month, and gold and crude oil will be greatly boosted

目前，能够提振gold价格的两大因素分别为：美联储停止加息和俄乌冲突。对于美联储来说，本来应该在CPIAfter the continuous decline in growth rate, the interest rate hike was terminated. However, due to the strong performance of the non farm employment report data, it gave Fed decision-makers great confidence. Therefore, the expectation of the Fed raising interest rates remained in place until April. For the conflict between Russia-Ukraine conflict, the offensive of both sides has already stalled, and the gold market is also insensitive to sporadic Russian Ukrainian actions.

事情正在发生变化。根据五角大楼泄露的文件，乌克兰计划于4month30日发动“春季攻势”，美国及其盟友正在帮助乌克兰积极备战。本来这种消息会被市场解读为别有用心的“谣言”，但很快乌克兰官方人物就对此作出肯定。乌克兰总理什梅加尔在华盛顿举行的记者招待会上发表讲话时称：五角大楼的泄密事件不会改变基辅的计划，乌克兰军队将在近期发起反攻。什梅加尔如此表态的用意可能是向国际社会传达一种强硬的对俄态度，另一方面则肯定了四月底的春季攻势。


昨日，国际金价上涨0.54%；截至今日16：12，国际金价下跌0.87%，两日累计跌幅0.26%。关于乌克兰春季攻势的消息，黄金市场再次选择了无视。但是，如果乌克兰真的能够在月底有所动作，俄乌局势将迅速升级，届时，黄金市场大概率将获得提振。由于俄罗斯是国际市场的主要产油国之一，俄乌冲突升级后，俄罗斯的石油出口必定再遭欧美国家制裁，国际crude oil市场的供应将显著下降，国际油价将和国际金价一样获得提振。


国际货币基金组织对欧元区在2023OfGDP增速预期仅为0.8%，处于极低水平。为什么IMF对欧元区经济如此悲观？主要原因就是俄罗斯和乌克兰不稳定的关系。经过多轮制裁后，俄罗斯几乎已经完全停止对欧元区石油的供应，多出的石油产量开始陆续向亚洲、南美洲和中东国家输送。失去了俄罗斯的低价油，欧洲国家不得不选择北非和中东的高价油，而过高的油价不利于欧洲经济的复苏。叠加欧洲国际对乌克兰源源不断的援助，经济潜力持续透支，国际货币基金组织自然会对欧元区在2023年的经济增速持谨慎态度。

技术角度看，黄金价格正处于多头趋势的回调阶段，石油价格正处于空头趋势下的反弹阶段。金价回调意味着避险情绪降温，油价上涨意味着全球经济复苏可能性增大。这两种宏观经济倾向均不能反应现实，所以黄金大概率在回调完成后继续上涨，而原油将在俄乌冲突的刺激结束后，再次因为全球经济的衰退预期升温而下跌。
