美元指数周二收盘微幅震荡持平后，今日开盘跌至103.73Nearby, despite the United States2月通胀数据整体趋缓，但仍远远偏离美联储2%的目标，美元昨日交易中变化不大。

近期美国评级公司穆迪下调对整个美国银行系统评级的评估前景展望至负面，之前持稳定展望。作为全球三大评级机构之一，穆迪现在认为，虽然拜登政府和美联储等众多监管部门竭力承托银行业，但银行业运营环境仍然在急剧恶化——硅谷银行和签名银行的存款流失、且这两家地区银行机构先后倒闭。

昨日财经事件数据方面，美国劳工部公布2monthCPI年月率皆低于前期且如预期在6%and0.4%，而核心年率同比在5.5%，反映出通胀数据有所缓和。尽管美国2月通胀数据整体趋缓，但仍远远偏离美联储2%的目标。因此，市场仍认为消费者物价仍强劲，令美联储下周加息再次成为可能。

After slightly rising against the pound on Tuesday, the euro rose to0.8831附近，随着对美联储在3月政策会议上按兵不动的押注下降，最近几天市场的厌恶风险情绪有所缓解，欧元及英镑皆获得微幅上行喘息的空间。

昨日欧洲议会通过法案将碳市场储备机制延长至2030年。作为欧盟碳交易体系内的企业可以通过购买配额来满足自身的排放或者在完成减排目标的情况下把多余配额出售到市场。为保证碳配额供需平衡，欧盟委员会自2019年开始实施碳市场稳定储备机制。法案同时要求，各成员国应保证碳排放总额不超过其年度碳排放分配额度。

昨日财经事件数据方面，英国国家统计局按国际劳工组织ILOpublish1The monthly unemployment rate has dropped below expectations3.7% (报失业金申请人数降至1.12ten thousand people)，显示出就业市场有小幅改善。在通胀数据方面，西班牙国家统计局INErelease2monthCPI(调和)年月率比预期下降至6%and0.9%，反映出通胀数据小幅回落。
