After all, oil is not hard to sell as a strategic material, especially in the context of the Russian Ukrainian conflict interfering with the supply side. However, judging from the trend of international oil prices in recent half a year, price limiting measures have indeed played a role in impacting optimistic expectations:WTIfrom120The dollar has fallen all the way to the present70~80Within USD. 12month4Daily heldOPEC+部长级会议上，OPEC+决定坚持其现有政策，即从11Month to2023年底，将石油产量每天减少200万桶，约占世界需求的2%。如果国际油价超预期下跌，OPEC+势必开启更大力度的减产规模，这将对油价形成托底作用。经验来看，50美元以下的crude oil价格将引起产油国恐慌，如果价格继续下行，将不断击穿产油国成本价，最终导致被动减产。相反，WTI在击穿该“成本底”之前，可以一直保持回落态势。


需要提醒的是，本轮国际油价的高位回落，缺乏库存方面的数据支撑。美国EIA原油库存最新值2394.2万桶，仍处于2014年以来的底部区间。低库存意味着美国石油市场供需紧平衡，石油价格应当维持在中等偏上的位置（85to95美元之间）。如果市价大幅偏离该区间，且库存没有显著上升，那么WTI将有可能出现回归中枢的动力。

全球经济的走向决定了能源需求的强弱。中国、印度、欧洲和美国是全球经济的中流砥柱，其中增速最高的是印度（6.3%），最低的是美国（1.9%）。国际货币基金组织（IMF）总裁格奥尔基耶娃表示，由于一些主要经济体增速放缓，2023年全球经济增速降至2%以下的可能性正在增大。根据IMFyes2023年全球经济增长最新预期，增速降至2%以下的概率目前已升至25%（2022年全球经济约增长3.2%）。从需求端角度看，国际油价有望进一步走低。

ATFX分析师团队综合观点：国际油价的“成本底”是50美元，库存数据对应的价格中枢在85to95美元之间，全球经济增速下行又会降低原油的需求端。三方面因素中有两方面都利空国际油价，WTI下行概率更高。
